Mississippi River Pool 2

Went fishing on the Mississippi River down by St. Paul.

Steve's first catch of the day is a Sheephead.

1st Catfish of the day, yeah he is that big.

On the ride home Riley decided she wanted to cuddle with grandma.

At about 11 in the morning, Shane caught the biggest catch of the day.

A Mayfly decided to fly into his right ear.

Next thing you know, he was drowning his head into the lake.

He stuck it out for another 3 hours, but cut the day short.

He ended up going to the doctor to flush it out.

1st Trip to Mille Lacs

Shawn and Mel came to visit for a weekend

and we went fishing to Mille Lacs.

This is Melissa's new personal best of 26"er.

In all it was a fun day on the pond other than the wind.

10 weeks old!!!!

It is so hard to believe that she is already 10 weeks old

We fill like she has gotten so big already.
It seems like she has gotten really long.

She is still a little bit of a momma's girl,

but mostly we call her a daddy's girl.

Riley really likes to walk around

Shane showed her that she can now

get up to where Fenwick always sits.

Shane took Riley fishing on the river with Bass and Hofius.

First she got to meet Quattro and Shane the Great Dane.

She really enjoyed getting up and

looking over the edge of the boat.

Softball

We took Riley to Monday night softball to meet

her Uncle Shawn and Aunt Melissa.

The first time she pretty much slept the whole time.

When we took her a few weeks later she was more playful.
